Due If Not Breakfast

Did you had breakfast today? The reason in a hurry and want to lose weight sometimes make people ignore the advice. Ignoring breakfast means you bear the risk? People who skip breakfast will have a metabolism that is not good. If this happens repeatedly to disrupt the hormones in the body that regulates the balance of the body such as growth hormone, insulin and the hormone serotonin.

What happens if no breakfast?

4. Breakfast is not real due to body becomes weak, headache, drowsiness, fatigue and lethargy, as well as affect the concentration of power in thinking and working.

Then what good breakfast?

1. A healthy breakfast can contribute to weight loss, improve memory and concentration, and improve overall health.

2. Breakfast is nutritious and full of vitamins can help improve concentration and increased their power.

3. Breakfast improve strength and stamina endurance during activity, lower cholesterol, improve concentration and ability to solve problems.

4. Breakfast makes good coordination between the five senses, control weight, reduce fatigue and sleepiness during activities
